The current service
Umbra is a developing web service for tarot, calculated astrology and private reflection. The current release is a free web MVP. This page does not announce a paid subscription, expert marketplace, live consultation service or released native mobile app.
These are draft service terms. The operator’s legal identity, contact address and jurisdiction-specific terms remain subject to confirmation. Nothing here claims that those outstanding details have already been settled.
Interpretation is not evidence of an outcome
Astronomical positions are calculations; astrological and tarot meanings are symbolic interpretations. A precise position or a matched rule does not establish that a predicted event will happen. Results are not a diagnosis, professional qualification, probability estimate or guarantee.
Questions about work and relationships are welcome. A reading about another person reflects the questioner’s perception and does not reveal that person’s private thoughts. Umbra does not silently replace your question: where a safer framing is needed, you are invited to choose and write it yourself.
Do not use a reading as the basis for urgent health, safety, legal or financial action. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services or someone who can help directly. This site and its support mailbox are not emergency services.
Accounts and private records
Keep your sign-in credentials and email links private. The current private-record flow asks you to confirm that you are at least 16 and want storage enabled. Only provide information about other people when you are entitled to do so, and keep it to what is necessary.
You can export your private record and delete your account from Profile. Availability can be interrupted during development, so keep an export of important work. The Privacy draft describes the difference between live-account deletion and backup copies.
Use the service responsibly
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass safeguards, distribute malicious content or disrupt the service. Contact support to report a vulnerability without posting credentials or private records publicly.
Your journal entries are not public submissions. Saving them does not grant a public republication permission. Historical source references do not imply endorsement by an author or school, or grant you rights to redistribute their books or Umbra illustrations.
Questions or problems
Contact admin@umbra.wiki for service or account questions. No fixed response time or round-the-clock support is promised. These draft terms do not attempt to waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
